Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went there yesterday to get shoes and it took 10 minutes to ask for my size (even though there were 2 other people apart from me and my boyfriend there), because the guy was too busy chitchating with someone. Then it took him another 10 minutes to bring the shoes as he had another small chat. I've asked for size 4.5 and 5 and when he was taking them from the boxes he gave me to size 5. When my boyfriend took size 4.5 from another boz he said: could you please stop touching those because you are messing my work. Seriously? When I decided what shoes I want and he was suppsose to bring them to the till ( footlocker policy) he had another chat about he's day of with some guy. I get that footlocker is a "cool shop" and I'm not excepting people there to refer to me as your majesty but I spent half an hour listening about assistants private life while he was arrogant and was obviously ignoring us. At least girl at the till said sorry. Only decent thing there. Choosing different shop next time.

A decent trainer shop but to be honest where it's located to park is a nightmare so if you're after a quick visit I would go to a different Footlocker if you're travelling by car.

The quality of the customer service was horrendous,they talking different languages. One of member of staff,Mirko was unbelievably unprofessional and rude with me.I will never ever go their again.

Went In to credit or refund an retro jordan small bag which I bought only 3 days ago and explained the material they'd made it from wasn't going to last long and not what I expected. I'd not been offered any care advice like they usually do with footware and some other products. Guy in the store was most unhelpful didn't even speak good English didnt want to phone customer services on my behalf as the manger was conveniently "off today" however he was pleased to tell me he was going to be manager in a week or so?
OK but the product is not up to quality or my expectations and OK I admit I used it for a day. His reply was its not fresh so I'm not getting a refund email complaints and tell them I don't like the quality etc?
After 10 minutes of arguing he had to find the number for customer service which I had to phone and repeat myself. Then be told I had to email a footlocker eu email with details of the problem. This is the first time Ive ever had this bollocks experience returning something. For £30 the item is made of garbage!

If it needs to be sprayed with something then they need to tell you or have care advice on the item. I will be emailing them anyway because its lousy customer service and unacceptable no other shop retailer has this style policy and it doesn't fit inline with trading standards

I understand there are going to be people that try and abuse a return policy but I'm genuinely not one of those people.

I spend a fair bit of money with them and it's not cheap either and if I don't get a fair resolution I will never shop their again

I give everyone a chance and I'll amend this with an update once I get a response from them

Sent in a complaint via email on 3/6/19
Received the response 12/6/2019 which roughly translated to F Me. No apology no credit voucher no refund.

What they don't know is I took it to another store and received a full refund.

So F U Footlocker EU and your BS

Just bought the new Jordan 6 reflection of a champion pack and avoided your store and Website on sight.

Treat your customers right or you guys end up the bad guys.

AVOID THIS BRANCH!! MATTIA (store manager) and SAFAT (sales assistant) are both extremely rude, intimidating and unprofessional! Other sports stores have far better service! These 2 shouldn’t even work for the company as they clearly don’t care about their roles, or customers! Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had!

The young fair-hair lady that claims to be the manager of this shop is unbelievable rude, unprofessional and foolish. No knowledge of problem-solving and certainly, no experience with customer service. People like her have to keep close in mind they're working for the company, not for just themselves. The common interest must be addressed to the company's business and that's it, making clients happy and willing to come back again. This employee has to be fired only for having assumed an intimidating attitude against me! Also, little tips try to avoid talking in your native language 'cause people around you understand what you say! Shame on you!!!
