I get most of my shoes here, always great Italian styles and good value for money. Staff are always helpful and friendly, particularly LORIAN who was extremely helpful and resourceful.

We went in to have a new school fitted. The lady who was helping us was very smiley, nothing was a problem and we ended up with a great pair of shoes. Thanks!

I bought my shoes from Russell and Bromley and they were really nice but when I had, had them for a couple of weeks I realized that the heel had worn away!

Welcome back after lockdown. Great shoe 👞 👠 shop, excellent range of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes in a wide choice of styles. Not the cheapest shop but the shoes are of the highest quality and do last if looked after. Very helpful staff.

I have been a customer of Russell and Bromley for a long time and am just appalled at the poor customer service. I gave in my boots for repair in December and was assured that they would be returns in three weeks. When I called after three weeks, I was informed that the factory hadn’t even confirmed the scope of repairs yet. It is now almost the end of February and still hadn’t heard back. Called them yesterday and they told me boots had been in for a few weeks but they had been dialing the wrong number to inform me (no one had bothered to check the notes). Just terrible service that has cost me more time and money than it should have needed. Needless to say, i wouldn’t recommend this expensive brand given how poor the after sales service is. One is better off buying slightly cheaper shoes and just throwing them out when the life is up.

Took my beloved Russell and Bromley shoes here and the service provided by the staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly and professional, every customers dream!!! Thank you Karina, Vesna, Kim et al. I would recommend them and they are a credit to the brand.

Terrible management, I used to work there and (Vesna) one of the managers is very impolite and nothing professional… if you’re trying to work there maybe you should find another place because there’s full of bad vibes in that store.
I would not recommend this store in Kingston at all… wages are very poor and they are bullies.
