Awful service last month. Buying my daughters first school shoes should be a special moment but was ruined by the unorganised chaos in this shop. Don’t bother getting a ticket with a number and waiting patiently for your turn, if you go to the desk you get served apparently straight away. 45 mins in patiently waiting others who walked in were getting severed. Worst of all the Manager didn’t care when one of his staff pointed out to him that we had been waiting ages. Won’t be going back. Only positive was that they had the size we were looking for.

Came today and shockingly the black short hair caucasian male there at 18h45 decided to pretend he did not hear me and left whilst I was talking to him.
The manager couldn’t care less only Sharmina (5stars for you darling) and the long hair other lady did their best to save the day.

Will keep not going there as except from the two lady the service was awful and price super high!

I took my son to do the dreaded school shoe shop. I prebooked a slot online at Clarks. The system was well organised and staff were very attentive. We were seen quickly and they took the time to talk to my son directly and show him different options. I was very impressed and had the most positive school shoe shop experience so far! Would definitely recommend. Jo, Surbiton

Very well organised and efficient service. Took the dread out of shoe shopping for two kids! Would definitely recommend this store.

Communication could be better. The Kingston store has completely disappeared from the Clarks website & the phone number just rings out. Our local store in Richmond has recently closed down and we were told that the Kingston store was our nearest one. Going by other reviews on here I gather it's temporarily closed for refurbishment until early December, but there's no mention of this on their website. You'd think the Kingston phone number would have been redirected to corporate headquarters, a recorded message or another store???

This store is constantly understaffed. I cannot count how many times I left the store without any purchase because either lift wasn't working (no one was willing to help with a buggy either) or conditioner upstairs wasn't working or the queue was insane to wait with a babyb on your hands or staff wasn't really doing their job. It is always disappointing experience

Worst customer service!!
I received a Clark’s shoes as a Christmas gift from my fiancée, first day I worn it, the right feet shoe had a small cut. I went to the store to ask for recommendations of how should I fix it, perhaps they would know what to do. I went to ask a lady who was kind, she asked her manager what should be the better option for me. The manager, a man, rude and not careful at all with my shoe. He handle it and pull up the cut part of the shoe making it worse!! The only thing he said was it is a cut it is not a damage from the product (I knew it, I have not asked for a rerun neither an exchange!) he also said to go to a repair shoe (oh really, isnt it obviously ?) well, I ended up with no solution and with a bigger cut in the shoe… I really wanted a Clark’s shoes as I had made a university presentation about this brand’s marketing, now I wished my fiancée never wasted his money on that
I am really upset!
