If you want good quality shoes at a decent price, then this is the place to go. Great range of boots, shoes and trainers. They cater for most tastes and fashions both young and older generations. Pick up some foot wear accessories too. The staff here are very friendly and approachable. Since shopping here I don't go anywhere else.

Lovely shop. Can get more or less any shoe or size there. Great quality and prices.

Nothing in larger sizes just baby feet sizes. Rubbish attitude and no attempt to help the customer.

The shoes are fine, but look around and you'll find others complaining about the terrible customer service. If they don't like you, they are not subtle about it.

Visit during the sale in the end of the year, the staff here help me to try on the shoes, removing the security tag so that I can figure out the shoes suit me well or not. They are kind and patiently listen the feedback, and we have a short discussion about the shoes I want to purchase, really appreciate it.

I used to shop frequently for footwear here but I find prices are up, tgese days I can add an extra £10 and get better quality in M&S. Sale items are usually end of range where only small sizes remain. Haven't bought anything for ages here.

Today I wanted to exchange a pair of boots for a size up as the day prior the stitching had cut into my the back of my ankle so bad I had to take them off and walk in my socks. When I asked to exchange them the lady looked at the sole and said "no because they have been warn and can't be resold". Which I completely understand but as I went to explain what happened and ask for advice so I can keep wearing them she aggressively interrupted me and said "no you can't exchange them" so I left, upset from her rude and aggressive reaction.

Ok if your a woman, but as usual has now degenerated to having a small mens section upstairs... top tip... not all men wear trainers. Used to be so much better before the refit..
