Cassino Shoes

I bought a pair of timberland boots from this store and after a week the back sole came off. I emailed the shop and explained what had happend and asked they be swapped over. I was ignored there customer service is terrible and I would not recommend anyone to buy any shoes from Cassino shoes. I strongly believe they were fakes and I have now made a complaint to trading standards

I have been a customer since 2011 when we moved to the area and I have bought all my and my children’s shoes there. Today I went out shopping to buy items for a charity project my children are attending to (Samaritan’s purse, Christmas shoe box) and thought to pop in to ask whether they had an empty shoe box we could have as we will use it to pack the present into the shoe box which will then be shipped to the children who wouldn’t otherwise get any presents. My obvious choice to go to was the shoe shop I am using. To my utterly surprise when I explained that I would need an empty shoe box for my children’s charity project, they told they haven’t got any spare shoe boxes even though I saw a pile of them behind the lady. I ended up getting an empty shoe box from the competing shoe shop in Romford. I will not take my money to Cassino Shoes, to the shop that are so greedy that they can’t even donate an empty shoebox for charity purposes, ever again. It is small things that matter. My children could not believe what happened and even my youngest daughter said ‘sharing is caring’. This tells a lot about the shop’s and the staff’s values and morals and the empathy they are lacking.

Clean store, well presented. Friendly staff and calm atmosphere. Always willing to find shoes from another store if not in stock.
