Excellent service received today for kids shoe fittings. Knowledgeable staff & footwear is the same price as elsewhere (John Lewis, Clarks etc) no mark ups. Totally worth a visit to get a good fitted shoe

Absolutely appalling customer service from this branch's manager Azma today. I paid £58 for a pair of boys school shoes which are not fit for purpose after one week and she thinks there is no fault with the shoe. The in sole is flapping about but according to her that's how their shoes are (I wish I had been told this at the time of purchase) Her suggestion was that I go somewhere and get them glued! Nearly £60 for a child's pair of shoes and I need to go and pay someone to glue the sole down. Shocking! Especially after being told by the young lady who sold them to us that if we had any issues we should come back and they will sort it. Certainly not backed up by the manager. A very poor show.

It's a good store. Very attentive for measuring and comfort for shoes for kids and adults. I got some insoles I needed here on this occasion, my new shoes are 5.5, this product fitted perfectly.
