Shuropody Ipswich

Very disappointed in how I was treated by the manager. I was recommended to visit the store by my friend whose daughter had flat feet and was charged only for the insoles. After I had my appointment I was charged for both the appointment and insoles and was confused. When got home, called my friend again and she confirmed that she never paid for the appointment. So I called the store and had to deal with a very rude manager who treated me like a second class person. When I challenged her, she said that my friend was owing the money to her.She seemed not to appreciate that I was the customer. I will certainly not be returning.

Complete waste of money. Could of done a better job myself. Have corn, which chiropodist hardly touched telling me there was no point going to deep in to get it out. Her best advice was to cut a hole into my insole. I then mentioned I may have a ingrown toenail, to which I got another confusing excuse as to why she couldn't look at it. So all in all I spent £35 to have cream rubbed into my feet. Very disappointed at the professional level of service.

Awful place! The Manageress was rude telling me that I had trimmed too much off my orthotics! The hospital had done this! The assistant was ok until I took the shoes back this morninng. She stood for ages trying to find a fault with them and then grudgingly gave me a refund. She never uttered another word even when I politely said thank you. The shop also smelt of cigarette smoke.
Awful place, never again! I went to Hotter and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful.
Shuropody staff could do with some lessons in manners and customer service!

well staff have no experience of foot care one worked in evans clothes and one lived om Greenwich estate that's the answer to the unprofessional approach (a lot of premises like that now though look up any chiropody on line most visit at home don't go to this shop they are clueless

Useless! I have been desperately waiting for an appointment as I'm in so much pain and they call the 4h before my appointment to cancel! they could of called yesterday so I could at least try and find another place as this is my only day off! completely useless.

Rude staff. Fake offers. I'm disgusted with this company, and I would never recommend them. Shocking!

Great experience and staff were really nice and very helpful indeed.
