Went here by pure chance as there was not many UK 11/45 mens formal footwear available in majority of flagship stores on Hounslow Highstreet. The lady who served me was very kind and helpful. I was really surprised 😲 to see their stock which has 45/46 UK sizes in almost all mens footwear. Very nice collection too. If you are looking for footwear, give Deichmann a go. You will be surprised for sure. Thank you 👍

I entered the store to see shoes for my kids today evening at around 5.40pm.
Suddenly the manager with long beard started being rude and ordered me to leave the store as the store was about to close. I questioned him, but the store timing says until 6pm on website.
I politely requested, can I have only 5 minutes? as my 8 and 6 year kids were excited to see the shoes. But the manager raised his voice which was sooooo unprofessional and insulting that too infront of my kids and other customers.
I requested, please don't raise your voice but he continued doing the same and also commented that, there was whole day for you. Me , my family and all my friends used to visit this store several times as I always spread the word saying that staff are very helpful and the prices are always reasonable.
I never wrote any review on anyone and this is my first review as I felt that this should be on social media so that others should know how the manager treats the customers.
I too work as a General Manager, but in my 20 years of career in customer service this is the worst I have ever faced.
I could have easily left the store, if the manager had to approach politely. Instead he was very rude to me, I am short of words to explain his negative attitude. Also he tried to influence his position showing his designation on his ID card.
I said I will not come again to this store, but in a very careless attitude he replied, there are lot other customers to come.
This arrogant and negative attitude is very bad for business and I'm affraid very soon there will be not much customers coming to this store if this manager continues.
He dont have any clue of customer service and also how to react infront of innocent kids.
I believe the owner is reading this review and will bring some change.
I have lot other stores to go but feel sorry for the business.
Very disappointing and poor service.

Had a very bad experience at the store. The store manager ( bearded guy) is rude and extremely abusive. Entered the store to check out the shoes on the display. Suddenly the manager ( bearded guy) shows up yelling that you can’t checkout shoes at the windows. Upon requesting him to be a little polite , his true colors and his notion of customer experience came to display in front of everyone at the store. The store manager is incompetent , extremely unprofessional and harsh - and unsurprisingly other reviews highlights the same. Advise customers to be wary of this store manager . Hope management will take action.

I went to this store and saw one of the staff, the man with the long beard whom you can see shouting all the time was more interested on chatting on his phone with his Bluetooth earphones than serving the customer. I don't know how the management allows this. When I went to the till another person was so busy on the till sorting out the receipts it took a while to serve me. I did not find the staff to be helpful. The senior management should look into this. Very poor service.

The worst experience ever, The manager was really rude, he don’t even know how to talk and behave with customers. He is stressed all the time, talking in an aggressive way with the customers, I will never buy from Deichmann( Hounslow high street) ever in my life!!

5 star rating. Staff were very helpful from the moment we stepped inside. The footwear on display with plenty of sales on them. Gotta love a bargain yes the missus was loving it. No ques at the time we went so I was very happy too. Quite a few brand names can be purchased here at affordable pricing.

the staff is very friendly, the store is very nice and the prices are very affordable, it has a machine for washing the shoes we buy, disinfecting and protecting it from dirt, I really loved it!!

Nice place. Easy to find and access is from the high street. Always tidy and friendly staff up to help.
At this very moment day have amazing discounts all over the store, not a bad place to grab a pair of good quality school shoes or even some fancy high heels.
I'd definitely go back there!
