Clarks Outlet

I am very disappointed with this outlet..Very poor selection of shoes they have no sizes at all..They also sell inferior quality unknow brands..I would not recommend to any one..
In the past I bought a pair of shoes which I did not wear for a few years.And when I had a look the shoes were falling a part and bottom part was dismantled from the top..They refused to replace ..

The person who served me was nice
But the other guy said she should not refund my purchases because my receipt is over by one day seriously one day

I had to travel 1 hour to this store
Because the one nearest to me O2 is closed.

My recent visit was a disappointment, the stock was sparce, very little choice.. a previous visit earlier this year was very fruitful bought several pairs of shoes.

Very very good,, many models are there with a very good discount on it,, you will find what ever you need

Poor selection and quite in disorder. Size for men are all over around. Not that cheap anymore and the shoes in offer not that interesting to me

Today I went there price was good buy one get anther £5 .

Didn't have much sizes in stock. However this could have been because we missed the beginning of the sale.

Shop itself is a decent Clarks outlet with good variety of men's, women's and kid's shoes. Only minus is staff at the till: they were more interested in their conversation than in actually selling shoes. And they were to lazy to check if another pair of same shoes I wanted to buy was in their storage at the back: "only what's on the shelf, mate". So cheaper than in high street shop but no customer service.
