Very poor company. The store is quite nice, busy but look where its located.
Head office, gets a minus10 because there is NO contact available.
Disgusting. Worthless. £85 paid for a tracksuit, but NOBODY can find it......
Terrible service. Where's the £85?????

Worst customer service.
I wanted to return my jacket and they picked the call after 5 minutes and told me to wait which went 10 min and I had to cut the call as I cannot wait for 15 minutes. I went and returned my jacket to the store because the qr core or the parcel was not working. After 3 days I called back and asked about my refund they told it's under process.
Today after 2 weeks I called again and they told me we have no idea call this team that team.
I called the finance team as well as the reception none of the call are being picked up.
Guys be careful about this company.

Bought an item from them and then realised I was over charged. I spoke to their customer service and was basically told that they couldn’t do anything. Unreal how they treat customers!

Note: I wasn’t able to return as I’ve already used the item but wasn’t even offered the difference back.

Ordered on Sunday, dispatched Monday, arrived Thursday. No issues whatsoever and was worried due to the reviews but took the risk as they had a flash sale.

Went to the store today and found a pair of baby trainers with a tag attached for 20% off due to there being no box. Went to the till it was full price, the employee on till Went to grab a supervisor to amend the price for us. Supervisor couldn't do it so said some things are no longer on sale. Confused as I assumed you have to honour prices in the UK. Furthermore why would we pay full price for an unboxed item?!

Returned shoes on Monday 19th December and they never processed the refund! The girl that served me barely said 2 words and clearly didn’t know what she was doing whilst the “manager” was sat next to her on his phone. Attempts to contact the store were unsuccessful as the call would be answered and immediately ended (to stop it from ringing?). Received no response from their Live chat and Whatsapp either. Finally got through to them and was told neither the return or refund was ever processed!!

After speaking to Isabelle on Live Chat, she processed my refund so thank you to Isabelle. If I hadn’t chased it up they would’ve stolen my shoes and my money! DON’T shop here if not certain on a permanent purchase.

To the girl behind the till and the manager (especially), get a new job. You looked miserable.

Terrible staff, closing in an hour yet enforcing everyone they closing early, was gonna get 2 pairs of shoes yet resisted on giving us just 1 of them as they already did last orders but no one inside the store is aware of this and we fit kicked out. Seen them laughing as well after we left. Disgusting staff, I will raise this complaint even higher, terrible TERRIBLE STAFF!

If only I had a choice,I will NEVER enter a footasylum again,especially this one,1 member of staff offered to help but did not have the authority to do so,he went to ask the manager who couldn't be bothered to help,I could even say the frustration on the face of this member of staff,who ever this manager is,he's a disgrace and not worth his staff,no wonder there was a queue but manager was chatting to 2 staff upstairs, 2 other staff were chatting at front of shop,only 1 person was serving, chaos is an understatement but when I heard the response the manager gave the member of staff who wanted to help me,then I knew I had to leave that place,this manager should be ashamed of themselves.
