Horrible manager no eye contact delayed responses because her paper work is more important. Denied my 2 year old from trying on shoes and then turned to another customer with amazing service saying how did they fit! She may need more training in diversity and inclusion and also customer service! Appalled by her rudeness today

Attended Romford store at a very busy time for an exchange. Yas was very helpful and went over and above to accommodate, searching alternative shoes for me. Was always polite and helpful. A very satisfied customer. Thank you Yas !

I went into Linzi first for sandals, service was appalling. So went into OFFICE next door. Staff friendly and very considerate. Understood what I was looking for and needed. I bought 3 pairs, happy bunny holidays here I come. Thanks ladies (staff).

Walked all the way to liberty shopping centre to sort a return and it wasnt even open and its past 9am. Not happy

No refunds received, they are thieves, and they keep saying they credited back my money on the account, when they didn't.
I was shocked by such shameful behavior.

Ever so rude and unhelpful staff! Who can't be bothered, very sarcastic! I will avoid this place like the plague.
