Really disappointed that I was charged £79.90 for my daughters Kickers (size 4/37) which are priced £62 in JD Sports. I was informed by a shop assistant in Office that this store had bought all their Kickers stock and looks like they’ve whacked up the price ridiculously. The lady who served me in this store said all kickers are that price when I knew in fact they are not! Unfortunately no where else had my daughters size and she was so excited to get them so I didn’t want to let her down. It was only last month I had bought £65 shoes for my daughter from this same shop. I will never shop here again after over pricing and ripping their customers off!!

Great experience at the shoe lounge! Quality of the shoes are great. Staff are super helpful and always have a great offering. Especially for my fussy little girl.

Lovely counter in Elys Wimbledon. Cindy is the most helpful lady and the selection of shoes is amazing for me as well being an adult wearing size 3.
