Very poor quality.

Recently I purchased a pair of boots (£150+) that I have worn around once a week for 6 months or so.

Today I realised that the sole from one of them was completely peeling away from the shoe. I emailed the company to ask them to exchange them, however because I was 2 weeks after a somewhat arbitrary 6 month deadline they were not going to exchange or refund them.

I was so disappointed as until then I was very pleased with the service, the customer service rep didn't even seem to have read my email and sent a fairly generic note.

I really would avoid using them, for the price the longevity of these shoes should be much better.

My mother recently visited Wide Fit Shoes in Harrow and was so impressed with the service. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. She purchased the most comfortable shoes based on their recommendation and is delighted!

We needed wide fit shoes for my husband who has neuropathy (size 11, 6E). Ordering from NL to UK was a concern but we cannot get what he needs in NL. We were surprised at the very fast delivery and delighted with the quality of the shoes. His own soles fit perfectly and he is looking forward to actually being able to walk properly. Thank you for the professional website and excellent delivery.

Bought shoes online and Wide Fit sent me completely the wrong item. Securing a refund/exchange for the shoes has proved to be extremely difficult and very customer unfocused. Promised return calls have not materialised. This company really needs to sort out its customer service.

The owner ( or the man responsable for the shop ) is sitting, then when you enter he leaves and hides.Youare left alone without been asking if you need anything or a simple good morning.
No cordiality or interaction with customers. I've been to this store twice and never been served. If I could I would give 0 star.
If you don't like to feel humiliated, then please never enter this store.

If you have wide feet like me, this is the best place in London. I had a sore bunion on my left foot. I went to the shop and bought a pair of size 12, 4E New Balance trainers. We even tried 1/2 sizes. Brilliant shop serving a market which is ignored by the mass of shoe shops. So glad it's here.

Bus stop: Kenton Park Avenue (Stop V) on Route 183.

Highly recommend this store. Amazing selection of wide shoes. It’s the first time I’ve found a place that can give me such good recommendations and such a big selection. My feet are comfortable for the first time in years! Thank you to the lovely lady who served me- sorry I did not ask the name!

Don't trust this company. They have ripped me off and owe me £104.99.
After receiving a pair of shoes which were too tight for my toes, I phoned the company who told me to return them for a refund. I returned them on 7/11/22 and they signed for them on 8/11/22. Since then I have not received a refund and they will not reply to my queries by direct message or email.

UPDATE. Following the posting of this review, I have now received a full refund. Thank you.
