Clarks Outlet

This is reasonably priced Clarke's shoes staff are good but measured our child told us the size then that was it didn't really help us with the shoes which I found a bit odd, I think the older member of staff was guilted into checking them as we decided to take both pairs so it was good but could of been better

An outlet with potential. Well located in Slough. Unfortunately, the store seemed understaffed and there were no lights on in the place; almost as if the manager was afraid to show us the stock on the shelves. I realise that it is an outlet rather than a retail store but the choice available was as low as the purported prices. Alas I left empty handed.

Selection is ok, not a great deal to choose from and the shop could do with doing up.
The one girl who served us was amazing.... the lady who appeared to be her supervisor came charging over telling her to get on with her job of labelling. I was actually shocked as she was in the middle of making a sale and helping us fit the shoes. That supervisor then served me, moody as ever. Wont be in a rush to come back.

I bought in this store few pairs of boots before. I am Clark's fan from years. In that particular store I met today young polish Lady who impressed me with her customer service. We came with my 18months old Baby to check whether he needs bigger shoes. She has been really helpful and gave advice to come back in probably 3 weeks time for bigger size. Also recommended me to buy sandals for me on Great offer. Finally today I decided to not buy anything but definitely will come back in few weeks time for new shoes for my son and another for me. Truly recommend to everyone- you will meet an amazing customer service as well as high quality.

Super friendly staff. Really helpful folks. Took extra effort to make our experience the best we had in a Clark store.

Lady offered to check for sizes without us asking. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed on the service we received.

Definitely be back next time for buy shoes !!

Terrible customer service. I bought two pairs of shoes a while ago and on getting home realised that one of the pairs was very tight. I took them back to shop and they would not give me my money back. The manager than gave me a credit note saying I had 2 years in which to use it. I was in the High Street today and saw a closing down sale on and was went into the shop. I selected a pair of shoes i liked and took them to the till together with my credit note. They said i also needed to have a card with the note. I said the manager had only given me the credit note and did not give me a card. The assistant then called the manager. The manager recognised me and said that I had left the shop before he could give me the card and he had put the card away for safe keeping. He and the assistant looked everywhere and could not find the card. And than said I should select the shoes i want and he will give me 30% off. I said NO. my credit note was for £30 and I want these pair of shoes. He said he could not do that as I did not have a card with my credit note. He said you have no proof. I said you have just told me you kept the card for safe keeping and you cannot find it. It is your fault not mine and I want my £30. He insisted that he could not do anything. Such bad service. And what is ore they do not want to honour the credit note.

Good quality shoes for a cheaper price and a good fitting service. My only piece of advice would be to put the fitting area back at the back of the shop rather than in the window where the kids want to dash out the door all the time!

Small store but had a good variety of school shoes. The staff were friendly and helpful.
