Del and veronica in White City Westfield, they are the best. I must of tried on 10 pairs boots, trainers and they had untone patience, chatty, and we had so much banter. Cool customer service. Oh and very happy withis my purchases

Went to the White City Steve Madden and was served by a kind gentleman named Del. He was extremely welcoming, kind, patient and helpful. Will definitely return especially because of his excellent service.

Bad customer service absolutely terrible! If you buy from Steve Madden and want a refund your gonna be waiting forever I’ve been waiting over a year for a returns refund can anyone give me advice on how to take this further much appreciated

Terrible customer service - watch out! Ordered online only for the items to then be suddenly returned to Steve Madden midway through the despatch process with DPD. Making a complaint via email I was simply told the items were being sent back for some reason unknown, the order cancelled & that I would get a refund….so not even an explanation as to why I couldn’t have my order sent out again. Terrible customer service - will never order online with them again.

I had to leave this review as I have to say i received the best customer service ever , the young lad Del was so welcoming and a absolute gem , he made me want to buy everything , he told me the story of the company which was very interesting, I will definitely be back as soon as possible , I could of spend all day there , the warm welcome and the friendly staff and A1 service is what customer service is all about , your company is very blessed to have such great staff x

I attended this shop on Saturday and i had a funny moment as i was overwhelmed by everything being opened back up!!!! But Del was helpful patient understanding and just fantastic... A real credit to the company

Absolutely love this shop. The service in store is great but so is the quality of the shoes. I love the customer experience with this brand. In store and online.
