Very friendly staff and helpful

Appalling customer service.
Will never return and would definitely never recommend.
Manager, Nicky was so so rude and belittled me for arriving 5 minutes before closing as if she was being put out.
If the owner reads this, your customer service and staff leave a lot to be desired. Will be returning the shoes for that reason alone. Purely out of principle. What a time to show such bad attitude when small businesses need all the support they can get.
