I spoke to Maura to organise the following design on my white vans. Not only did she reply very quickly, but she was very helpful with all my queries. The design on the shoes is outright amazing, and I'm so grateful to the staff. It cost £75 for my shoe design, which is fairly reasonable considering I was going to throw the shoes out & buy new ones anyway. Would definitely use this company again!

I visited the Camden Market store before Christmas and spoke to Luna about my idea. She is the loveliest woman, had so much enthusiasm about my design (even though it was a bunch of badly drawn doodles on my part) and she managed to create something that was a million times better than I could have imagined. Luna did an outstanding job, and I will be asking for her personally if I ever need something like this done again.

Dear Koko art, it's shame that you pay a very little to the artists to create art for you with an exchange of 10-12£. I meant where is the ethic? Please be litttle thoughtful out of all shame..thank you

I had a great experience at the Shop. Chiara was super patient with me in choosing the design which I took almost an hour to finalise. Later she went above and beyond to further customise it to my preferences into a unique design and add her artistic spirit to it. I love my shoes and looking forward to getting my next pair.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give no stars I would. Took 23 days to deliver shoes and no communication from Koko despite loads of emails and calls. And the courier company they use is equally useless so the delivery completely messed up. I would never use them again.
