It's located inside shopping mall. It's reasonable size and sell shoes for children and adults. I occasionally buy it from here and never had any problems. The pricing is reasonable and they often do offers or money off vouchers.

Went inside and noticed the sales woman shaking inside with no heater or not even a chair to sit down. Considering outside is -1 and the mall is freezing, it's absolute shame you greedy monsters sitting in your heated offices forgetting that actual people are the one who work and make your money. Shame on you for not taking care of your employees, Won't buy from you again.

Sarah from dagenham heathway branch was very rude to me, please address your staff to be polite to customers, not happy att all, you don't have to be so rude when a customer asks for something politely
