Great service - Imogen offered to put shoes aside for me which I picked up the next day just after the shop opened. Friendly, down-to-earth staff - great!

Rather rude shop assistant. Being told with an attitude that they don’t have the sandals their online stocks shows otherwise.

Nice looking shoes but the quality is dreadful
I've had a handbag and two pairs of shoes fall apart shortly after buying them. Very poor when you consider the price.
