This should have been a simple transaction and a pleasant experience. I had been to another Foot Locker with great customer service, they didn’t have my size so I called up Bromley...

A Spanish lady answered the phone so rude and moody I could hardly believe it! “What do you want?” Those words actually came out of her mouth. She didn’t want to search for my item, or reserve it for me. There was never a please, thank you, you’re welcome or anything else that constitues good manners.

When I arrived to collect my item I asked for her and she went straight into a barrage of excuses about how busy she was and that she wasn’t rude. She argued with me on the shop floor to justify her attitude, when all I wanted to do was purchase an item. Quite simply, if she was busy, she should not answer the phone.

Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Foot Locker, this lady will lose you business and sales. You seriously need to train her or put her in a non customer facing role.

The only reason this rating has 2 stars is that it was saved by the gentleman that served me when I went in, Who may have also been Spanish, but he was everything she wasn’t. So thank you to him, but I still won’t be back.

Horrible customer service! I went in there to return something I bought online. Two people at the till speaking their language doing nothing while I’m waiting to be served. One of them served me after a while but I had to show him my payment invoice and no service inside. So had to jump back out and load the invoice on my email. Come back inside and the same guy is just talking to two women speaking their language while I’m standing there for good 10 minutes. They told another colleague to serve and he didn’t know how to do it and the return ended up not happening. So I got angry and walked out. Wasted a lot of my time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE.

Staff was patient with me as it was closing time, my card was not working and had to rummage in my bag to look for another card. Thank you for your patience

Been a decade or more since I've been in the store... Still there so that's good.

More clothes then trainers thou. Nice selection thou.

Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. I understand you do not want to be there, and service customers with genuine care, though shocking workers. The manager does not care at all and is incredibly rude. Would not recommend this store.

Customer service is shocking. Me and a friend walked into the store all members of staff scatted around by the tills. One girl stood there on her phone. The same girl began taking the mick out of a previous customer and doing impressions to other members of staff. When going to pay for our items we stood at the till with 3 members of staff behind the till including the manager just completely ignoring us! We kept trying to get their attention by saying “excuse me can we pay for this” no response. Until my friend had to raise her voice to get their attention. The manager was trying to sort out Rotas behind the till and his reply was “I’m sorting the rotas!” No sorry or calling a member of staff over. Everyone seems to do their own thing in there! On their phones, ignoring customers. Haven’t been back to the store since.

Went here multiple times in the last week there was a tall guy who was really helpful and lovely trying to find me size 3 vans. However his female colleague with brown to blondish ombré hair was not everything question I asked seemed like a massive task for her. I understand wearing a mask it is hard to hear yet this staff member made no effort to talk louder I said I would try size five and I was mumbled at “he’s got size 3.5” she made no effort to be friendly as a person who works in retail I know how important customer service is yet that staff member obviously doesn’t. I went back about 2-3 days later to return some converse and was met with the same attitude she didn’t even ask for the receipt just gestured that she wanted it. Other staff members where smiling and this woman made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable as her attitude was very obvious.

it has nice shoes, but very expensive. Most shoes are over 100 pounds. so its hard to find my 11 year old daughter some shoes for basketball, they need to lower the price or their reviews are gonna stay like this forever.
