Timberland - We Have Moved!!

Nice neat tidy store. The member of staff that served me was very helpful and knowledgable about what she was selling, she didn’t give me the hard sale and was very open and honest. Great service! Left happy and lighter

The staff here are very nice and patient. At the beginning, I tried two pairs of shoes. I was worried about the style matching my trousers, but they had a lot patients to talk to me, and also explained how to look after leather shoes. I said that I would think about it, but I still want to tried another really cool pair of shoes. The staff straight away explained the pros and cons of the cool shoes compared to the privous shoes I tried. However they don't have my size for the cool ones, but still encouraged me to try the half size bigger ones. They also suggested I buy the right size ones online and also gave me the similar type and style shoes with my sizes to try. They said if the similar ones fit me, I definitely can buy the cool ones online. I also took a photo of the shoe box and they told me the number I can search online to find the ones I like. They were very thoughtful, friendly, patient, and kind! I really appreciate the time they spent for me to give very nice experience.

Alan, the store manager is very knowledgeable about all things footwear and has advised me on a number of occasions. All the guys who work in the store are very friendly and helpful, one man (pre Covid) even tried on a hoodie for me so I'd have an idea of what size to get for my brother.

I came in here with a quick query with no intentions to buy regarding a prior purchase at another branch - staff took time with me to help me and gave a great service. Well done to the team

I look two days ago to buy some boots online and the pairs I wanted were at £132 each. Yesterday (16-Nov-2021) I received an email from Timberland offer me some discount for Black Friday. I were so excited and happy, and went to their website and my account as well in order to buy that boots I put the other day in the cart. But unfortunately, over night the price has been changed from £132 to £170 for one pair of boots just to pretend they offer a discount. I didn't think even a second that they can do this kind of stuff just to lie to people about their black Friday discount. I thought their are fair to their customers but it's look their are not. I am very disappointed of them.
Please guys do not let them to play dirty with you and believe in their discounts, etc. Shame Timberland for that dirty play. All the best for you!

Bought some boots from here today (28/12/2021) the young ish gentleman was really nice and helpful getting me the right size for my feet. The manager was super helpful and informative.

Almost bought some boots from here! Was fantastic service from the gentleman helping me try on the shoe's. Then was passed over to someone else to pay at the till and the experience was destroyed. The guy was rude, despondent and obtuse. I ended up leaving the shop empty handed and bought elsewhere. Shame Timberland, your store staff are costing you sale's!

Informed 3-5 days for delivery, once paid for.
call after day 3 as not received dispatch notice.
Told it has not left warehouse yet OUTSIDE OF UK and will be 7 days once it has left.
They don't know when it will be leaving the warehouse so it is finger in the air delivery
If you think you are getting your items in 3-5 days think again.
