Absolutely disgusting customer service from this place. Purchased some boots on sale but needed to return them, no returns policy WHATSOEVER! Not even an exchange. Don't even think this is legal and will be taking advise as they were not cheap! Further more the customer service staff are ill informed and advise you to complain if you don't like it - then you go through to the complaints department and they reply with a one sentence email basically telling you it's policy and to go away. It's unacceptable and if I'd have known this before purchase I wouldn't have even entered the place. One week before Christmas and I'm dealing with this....STAY AWAY!!! I never, ever give a bad review so but place is BAD!

Great service. Reminded me that as for daughters school we got the student discount. Thank you.

Find this a bit pricey to be honest but a nice neat store.

This store is user friendly in line with Co-vid rules.
I attended during their sale and there were bargains.

The girls that work in there are absolutely clueless and extremely unhelpful. Lack of enthusiasm.. go find a different job!

Beautiful shoes , if you still looking for summer shoes, they have some summer shoes on sale.

Same sale items since they opened & is it me or do the staff all look the same there is no atmosphere.

The young lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful sadly I think I am a 6.5 as 6 are tight and 7 are loose.
