paid 55 pound for lelli kellys for my dsaughter there was aome coluring hearts missing but was told by John the sales person not to worry as he would take our adress and get them sent to us asap. this was three weeks before term started . so we were happy with that........ three weeks later nothing no confirmation call or emails nothing. rang tte shopdirect to be told no hearts would be issued and has informed the manager that me and my partner are liars but if we wanted we could buy the hearts seperatley... well hello we paid 55 for the shoes and promised the missing hearts would be delivered ..... number 1 . why would i lie. if i was told the shoes would be in complete and no other hearts would be made available. i would of simlpy ordered the shoes directly or off ebay.... . first of all john has had his sale so proberly had his comideliverethen does not care about the customer at all and then calls them liars to his manager who obvs believed him.... after a few phone calls to schuh head office / complaints we are now getting the missing hearts sent out.... the only time i will enter this shop is when i finaly calm down to have a little chat to john and his manager. such such a shame the cctv doesnt record aswell.. you have been warned if your shoes / trainers are not complete dont fall for these peoples lies... for more reviews about these clowns go on trust pilot. i wish i would of before i handed over 55 pound only to called a liar

The staff were lovely, bent over backwards to help my wife and I get our daughter some shoes. That much so we ended up leaving with two pairs and now our baby girl owns better shoes than both of us. Plus I think our daughter enjoyed the experience also as she wouldn't stop dancing around in her new shoes whilst in the store.

Excellent Customer Service. It’s a shame my son didn’t need more shoes, but I will only buy them from here now going forward, Chloe was fantastic from the minute we walked in, she took her time measuring my toddlers feet and even tried to find me some shoes that I wanted. Will definitely return. Thanks again Chloe!

Ive previously bought allot of footwear from Schuh but twice in a week I've been to this store to buy some boots twice ive been presented with a pair of odd coloured boots. The first time the sales assistant noticed as soon as I opened the box he apologised and said he would take them off display. I returned a week later to see if they had new stock only to be presented with the same odd boots only this time when I explained I wouldnt be interested in buying an odd coloured pair of boots the assistant tried to tell me that's how they are! I said sorry no it really isn't, he then argued with me saying I was wrong. Sorry I dont go to shops to have an argument. Really unprofessional behaviour wont be going back
