The best shoe shop in Surrey. I took my daughter for her first shoes to be fitted after a disaster in a department store. The staff were amazing. Super patient, understanding when she was upset and the fastest measurers around meaning it didn't turn into a fight (like her first experience) The selection is fab because it's not the same old brands and where they do have well known brands they buy great styles. They also do bobux which we love and is hard to get! My daughter now loves going there and I honestly wouldn't bother going anywhere else even if it was easier to. Every experience is made super special and we will be going back for years to come.

Fantastic service from Jane at Hopscotch. My 7 year old needed his feet measuring and new shoes in lockdown 3. I was able to easily book an appointment via Facebook for Jane to come and measure his feet at our doorstep. She also brought a selection of shoes and we found the perfect pair. Reassuring to know they properly fit. Super service and would highly recommend.

Jane and her team are super friendly and total pros. I always find something lovely for my son's narrow feet, she has such a great selection it is always a pleasure to shop with her. And she even delivered much needed new crocs to my doorstep last month! Thank you Jane!

Such a gorgeous shoe shop with lovely and very helpful staff. Not just your typical shoes stocked, there's a good range of pretty and more unusual shoes too. Managed to get bridesmaid shoes for my toddler and she loved them so much it was a struggle to get them off her! Choosing a heart at the end was a lovely touch- we'll be back!

I made an appointment for my grandson today. Due to all the bridge works I was only 5 minutes late. When we got to the door there was a note saying back in 45 minutes! Whats the point of an appointment? No leeway for a slight delay. I won’t be returning

Jane is the most patient ladie I could find to measure my daughter's feet!
One time she tried 10 different pairs of trainers.
Poor Jane 😏😏😏.

Jane always give you the best advice, never push you to buy a new pair if there's still room in the old ones.
Always nice brands.
