Took my 14 month old to get his first pair of shoes. Was served by a youngish bloke (didn’t get his name, wish I had) my little one was weary of somebody trying to measure his feet, at one point he leant down to touch his own toes to which this bloke quite unnecessarily pushed his hand away which I found a little mean. He measured the feet at a size 4, my son wasn’t wriggly, just unsure of it all. He then brought 2 pairs of pre walkers out, I was told these would be best because actual shoes would be to difficult for him! Fair enough! He tried one pair on & they wouldn’t even go on, strange as Clark’s measure to make sure the fit is accurate, tried the next pair, he didn’t check the fit of them merely told my 14 month old to walk in a straight line!!! He’s 14 month, not 14! Needless to say I didn’t buy the shoes, his attitude to my baby shocked me, I didn’t really like the shoes & was told there were no others in stock. I left.
Went to Coventry instead, the lady was fantastic, engaged with my little one & measured his feet at a size 5 & told me he needed proper shoes as he was walking confidently enough!!!
Won’t ever go to this store again, inaccurate measuring & awful customer service

Visit this store today to buy school shoes for my children. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and left the store super satisfied because I had the best customer service ever.....Christopher is the diamond of the store,super professional-helpful-great knowledge about shoes-very patient with the kids!!!Thank you so much!!

Visited 26/08 to get my 11 month old and 5 year old feet measured. Was initially met with a lady who had a board and told me to take a seat. After 25 minutes of waiting I noted that people were not being seen to in order of them coming in, nothing to do with appointments. A few people queried this and when asked, a staff member called Luke I believe was told that he was doing what his manager told him to do. When I went to the lady with the clip board, she replied the same, her manager told her to work in that particular order which made no sense. Made me feel horrible and I chose to walk out and never return. Was it because we were brown? Not sure but made me question for sure.

What a great experience we had today at Clarks shoe shop in Rugby. Very friendly helpful staff, who went out of their way to help us. We felt really welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic customer service. Thankyou

Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. Finally managed to find a pair of boots that fit perfectly. Thanks again for your help and patience.

Its cheaper then the online store. Staff is very supportive and gives you ample of choices and time

We had a phenomenal experience with our two children today. We were looked after by Christopher and he's born to work with people. My two are autistic and don't always take to kindly to people prodding their feet and they generally find choosing shoes a nightmare.
However, today was a pleasure, they both found great shoes and I found it an enjoyable experience for the first time ever.
I can't thank Chris enough and I think Clarks should be paying him more before he finds another job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
