I've bought these shoes for £80 and put them on for one day, walked from the house to the car to the office and a load of scuff marks appeared (top leather pealed off). Some just because of getting in contact with a carpet!! I wasn't happy with the quality and went to the shop to return / replace them as the voucher said. The shop manager refused and said any leather shoes will get this type of marks and return policy doesn't apply. I will leave it to other customers to look at the picture and decide for themselves if an £80 shoe is meant to get such marks after one day use. BTW marks look much worse in reality on the front and sides. Very disappointed, not coming back to this shop!!

Brought a pair of shoes for £75 within one week the soles we're coming off at the front. The shoes are comfortable but the quality is definitely not worth the prices they charge. l will not be purchasing anything from here again.

Bought a pair of new season leather biker boots today. Absolutely gorgeous and top quality. The store is situated in the High cross shopping centre, Leicester on the upper floor and has a wheelchair accessible entrance. The sales person was extremely polite and well informed. I also paid a little extra for my boots to be specially treated in a machine, which protects them and purchased leather wax. The total cost was £128 and they are worth every penny.

Unfortunately, I bought a poor quality shoe from the Leicester branch. After one day it started to come apart. Staff had the shoe sent away to be repaired, but the shoes were not checked and the repair had not been done properly.

Charged me for something I didn't ask and never even gave me.
Came home and realised I have paid £20.00 for something that is not in the bag .
They've offered us a couple of products for the shoes which I declined but didn't expect to be put on the bill without my permission.
The shoes are nice and I love them but the pushy sales and charging me without my person is something I haven't experienced before.

Sent 2 emails to their customer service department, had to chase them twice and they've only replied with a generic email....

jonesboot maker is a terrible company to work for. If you have a kid or you are thinking about applying please don’t. They are the kind of company that pretends to care about you but in reality they will run you to the ground.

I bought a pair of shoes for a wedding in family. However didn't take them out of the box until the wedding day. When I took them out , 1x sole had gone yellow, and other was cream. Unfortunately I had to wear them for the day, luckily it wasn't noticeable to anyone ( I think) . The following day I phoned the manager at Leicester branch and she and her team were very helpful and managed to get me another pair posted.
I would definitely recommend buying from here as the service I received was great , helpful and excellent. I notice this because I m in retail trade too. Well done guys. 👏This was at Leicester branch not London.

I love this store for the choice of shoes and the warmth/helpfulness of the staff.
