The Dr. Martens Store

I was only here for about 5 minutes, but the lady that served me was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. After I made my purchase, I asked about the Made in England 1460s that I intend to purchase in future, and she advised me of the key differences compared to my current 1460s (even the negative points!) She also emphasised the importance of using the wax that I had purchased - something that I regret not doing from day 1, as my Docs have now cracked and peeled considerably!

Oh well, lesson learned - my next pair of Docs will be waxed on a monthly basis!

Everyone should own at least one pair of Dr. Martens in their life. An iconic British institution. Can't beat the original 10 or 12 hole boots.

I’ll start off with the staff. What a brilliant bunch. Never any hesitation to come over and serve me as soon as I let them know I’m ready. I’m awfully picky and even more indecisive so it can take me a while to make a decision. Not once did they rush me, in fact I was checked on regularly to know if I wanted to try on any other models or sizes. I visited the store on 26/08/22 at around 4:00pm. The staff on shift when I visited all seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products and company - they were all wearing docs too which made it easier to visualise the different designs on foot ! I was contemplating between the vegan or leather model of a particular design and the lady helping me listed the pros and cons of each, spoke to me about which would suit my outfits more and was very friendly and keen when I asked for her opinion. Was also very surprised that the staff were able to tell me how the leather care products would affect the pleather (vegan leather) and leather differently, as well as which were vegan and not. I’m sure I don’t even need to speak about the boots themselves. I’ve owned my 1460s for 5 years now and they still look brand new. Well done Doc Martens for always excelling.

Went to the store on the 18th of January and was greeted by the lovely staff at Westfield. While we were there, we were helped by the lovely Cheyenne. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit and was absolutely lovely and personable the entire time. It was due to her that we ended up purchasing shoes when we originally planned to only have a look at a few different styles.

Visited the store on the 18/01 and was greeted and served by Cheyenne for our entire visit. She was lovely, very helpful and patient while we were trying on different styles & sizes! Super friendly & chatty and made us feel welcome. Thank you!
