Great friendly service. There was no one pushing you to spend more, just helpful advice to make sure you get the right shoes. I was shopping for shoes for my 2 year old.

Clean , safe , well organised. Staff very helpful. I booked an appointment for a child's shoe fitting and was very impressed with the whole experience. I left with a happy grandson and a new pair of school shoes !

Cannot fault Clarks at all. I bought some boots in the sale (£94 discount.) They didn't have my size, but would get them from another store within a few days as the owner had already left the other store where they were. That in itself was fine. I then had a call later to say that the owner had returned to the St Neots store, brought them back and they were ready to collect. Very happy and will return.
