Foot Locker

A new massive store with a great collection of trainers and garments, the store looks really good much like a timerbland store with a twist!! Nice to experience attentive and polite customer service, the store manager has done a wonderful job at training the managers and sales assistants the atmosphere is always polite and helpful every time I go in. I'm extremely pleased there's a footlocker here my only negative point is there should have been more "hype" like the Brixton store, more should have been done to promote the store I didn't know there was a footlocker here until the third week of opening, what a shame. Overall great store a must visit if your into sportswear.

Very helpful staff. Don't like the idea that you must wait for a new pair of trainers to try on out the box. They don't like you trying on the display ones.
They need to do more sales often and have good offers.

Felt the need to write a review because I think people are only feeling the need to do it when they encounter a bad experience not a good one.

Foot locker is the pace to go for the coolest shoes. The coolest! I've been shopping here for years and the customer service is outstanding. I love walking out of this place every time knowing I got the newest kicks in the game.

Bought my son some trainers for his birthday. Very happy with the service, I will be using footlocker again. Thank you Foot Locker you have made my family very happy! Highly recommended.

Recently I purchased 2 pairs of shoes(for my wife and my little daughter) in Galions Reach store. I received fantastic customer service from JASON C(black gentleman with a beard). Well done Jason , we will definitely come back again!!!

I like the free parking which is abundantly available at gallions reach. The store wasnt too busy which I liked but staff did take a little too long to come. However when we were served the staff were helpful.

Thank you to Jason C. who is knowledgeable about when the trainer's came in, sizing etc whenever I go there. He is always very patient with my queries and not pushy at all. I left with multiple items yesterday rather than (at other branches) getting frustrated and leaving so I thought his excellent customer service deserves a mention.

The manager Jason is great joy to be around. Appreciate his effort to look after my interest and guide myself using his knowledge on trainers. Definitely learned a few things about trainers with him. Besides that, Jason also shared knowledge on healthy eating and living healthy. A value to the company.

Found only 1 pair . The selection for kids aren't great but good customer service . 👍
