Very organised area for children's shoe measurements in the summer holidays. Didn't have to wait. Not much variety in the larger shoe sizes but great service from staff.

Great selection of shoes, all reduced in price and greater value than the high Street shops. We bought a couple of pairs and the quality is whT you'd expect fro. Clarks. Shoes good quality Nd fit well. Would certainly recommend.

Had my son measured for his 1st proper shoes here and the staff we're very friendly and helpful. Lovely, quiet and clean shop. We will definitely come back again!

Firstly, I'm old !!! *
Secondly, I like my feet to be comfortable !!!
And C, I've come to the realisation that "buy cheap buy twice!" (Yes, I'm THAT old 👍😁).
So, being able to get decent quality shoes at an 'attractive discount' is not to be sniffed at. 2 x decent sets of shoes for just over £80 is pretty good (especially when some fashion thongs / sliders can be upwards of £100). Are they the height of fashion?* Maybe not, but I don't get picked on for my choices, even by my wife or kids so they must be OK!
About 80% of my shoes / boots are from Clarkes and they're all comfortable and all passable in polite society and all still with plenty of wear left 🤔 (oh no! I've turned into both my Mum and my dad!!!).
Shop is pretty well laid out, staff are usually very friendly and helpful, but the only thing that can sometimes be less than 5⭐️ is the choice / range. However, it's usually better than the High St as they have more 'old' stock on show (I believe that to be the case!).
*I'm not that old that I'm into Chums footwear (yet) and the styling is pretty good unless you have to have the latest fashion. 😅🤣😂. Grandad signing off!

Managed to find something in my size I liked, it is a bit hit and miss but that's just the nature of outlet shops. Quality and fit are excellent. Great footwear!

Great friendly service. Staff member Ryan measured daughters feet and then did a confirmation check to ensure shoes matched feet correctly.

Will definitely come here and again and 100% recommend here to everyone

The Clarks Factory Shop is certainly worth a visit. There is plenty of parking nearby. The shop is very relaxed, you can walk around & try a good selection of shoes on & the staff don't bother you at all unless you ask for assistance. The shoes are all in order of size so very easy to find your own size. Prices are very reasonable & some of the sale items can be very cheap. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Good quality shoes at cheaper than High Street shops. Downside is there is not a lot of choice eg only 2 styles of girls' school shoes to choose from in size required.
