I purchased a pair of trainers. There was only one shoe in box so sales assistant went and got display shoe and put in box. He checked sizes were the same. When I got home and was sorting the laces out I noticed there were differences between the shoes. The labels inside showed one from 2019 other 2021. Different laces, different colour and shape at front. Now I have to return them.
When I returned them and had spent more money on travel they had lots more of the trainers in stock so got 2 shoes the same this time.

Skechers was my go to shop for shoes but they are more focused on sport shoes/trainers now so not so keen anymore. Shame because I'd buy a few pairs at a time. It also felt like a warehouse.

Nice store and I was surprised at the large range. I thank the very helpful young lady in the store that was able to answer my many questions and kept giving me choices to try based on what I was looking for. Hopefully the shoes I bought will last.

We have lot of models here but staff is not friendly and they don't have much knowledge

Had a bad experience on the boxing day. Took my sister for shopping there and we were trying to buy a few pairs, but staff told us we cant try more than 2 shoes between us. It was very frustrating and we decided to leave the store even though we wanted to buy from the store. Won’t set foot on the store ever again.

Very poor service by the staff. Very rude staff. We were 3 people trying shoes and they said a group can have only 2 shoes to try at a time, not even 2 shoes per person. We were trying a few sizes as the standard sizes from other brands were not fitting and the staff was super rude. Horrible service, won't recommend it to anyone.

Bought shoes for my 5 year old child for school during September. Been only two months and the pictures confirm the poor quality .
