Hotter Shoes Bromley

We booked an appointment for today and were welcomed to the shop. We had a 3D image of my mother's feet taken within a minute which was used to help with sizing of shoes. There was a wide variety shoes even within the narrow parameters that we had given. We couldn't have been attended to more kindly, patiently and considerately. Many thanks.

Only one staff member first time I went in, gave up waiting. Went back later and found sandals I wanted but too pricey and confusion over online prices in comparison. The website is dreadful which is why I went in store but even they seemed confused over their own product prices! Never going to hotter again .

Fantastic service from the very knowledgeable Margaret. Their machine confirmed my very wide awkward small feet. Even though boots were not in stock in store , Margaret was able to order them and they fit perfectly thanks to her recomendations. Have since bought leanne 11 shoes online.

Helpful staff, nice selection of boots. I asked for a size 9, was told to try in a couple of weeks, as more stock is coming.
