Staff aren't very informative. I asked if they had something in stock and was promptly told no. I then asked... Well can I order and was told yes.
I thought that the staff would be more helpful and offer that instead of me asking and then seeming too busy with other things to talk to me.

No ticket system on a busy Saturday. Wanted children's feet measured but gave up after people who came in after us got served before us

Good quality comfortable shoes for reasonable prices. The staff are always kind and helpful.

Helpful, clean store, the acting manager was helpful and rang around to get me the boots l wanted.

Awful experience! Came in with my mum looking for a new pair of shoes for my daughter who’s nearly walking, found the staff incredibly rude I had to ask the shop assistant if he could let me know what shoes they had in stock which measured to her size after asking if they could measure her. I almost felt as if I was doing a lot of asking for something so simple? No customer skills! They didn’t have them in stock fine so I asked if I could order them online and to be posted to my address as I was visiting family another painful slow experience.. even though he took my Lincolnshire address he still posted them to Dunstable? Another rude staff member who kept calling me darling which I felt was so rude came in told me they had a big shoe delivery and under pressure. Sorry I what?! After they called customer services (After suggesting I call them) I finally got them delivered to my Address.. I will see what the outcome is when they arrive hopefully to me!

Large variety of products was 50% off and I funded decent per of shoes for my mate wedding with decent amount. Happy days.

Nice shoe shop but it looks like they don't have that much shoes for kids.

Great staff, friendly and helpful, limited or little stock, have to order in.
