Disappointed. Bought some shoes for my daughter last week. After one day's wear the buckle catch came loose and stopped working. No worries, these things happen with cheap shoes so we took them back expecting a straightforward exchange. The store assistant (with a straight face!) said that we should had a go with a pair of pliers! Really! So let's see how that could have panned out: Leaving out the fact that I wouldn't expect to have to "mend" a pair of shoes after one day, just suppose that the buckle snapped off as I "repaired" it. Can you imagine the conversation after a customer admits to an attempted repair with pliers! Is it Shoezone policy to exchange shoes after the customer has attacked them with tools! Hmmm. We exchanged the faulty shoes for a different pair at a lower price and then endured the torment of the refund procedure; name, address, signature, inside leg measurement etc. Not once was there an apology or friendly smile for an inconvenience and we actually left in a bit of a daze. Needless to say, we won't be going in there again, and we will be telling all our friends with children. Coming soon to YouTube, "how to fix manufacturing faults in Shoezone products using only a pair of pliers"..."no smile required"?

First visit. No purchase made. I prefer to spend a bit more and keep them longer but if I couldn't afford to do that I would shop here.

Staff are friendly and helpful, don't make you feel like you're a burden, I felt welcome and well looked after, shoes are a fair price and last a year or 2 if you treat them well

Nice selection of shoes, although they didn't have the ones advertised online. And staff were friendly enough but not very helpful.
