I recently purchased an excellent pair brown leather soled shoes and the above boots. Really good service may I congratulate your sales lady I believe her name is Nikki, in that shop for putting up with me as very awkward/glum customer. I think Ashley should should take a refresher course on both the stock and the sizes of the shoes perhaps the lighting is bad in your stock room.

I was casually shopping, and popped into this store I was appalled by the store managers behavior (short curly hair woman) I saw her scream at another customer for not wearing a mask when they said they were exempt not only this I overheard her verbally abuse her own staff. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store and can’t imagine how she acts when other people aren’t around. I definitely won’t be coming back as long as she’s there. Very disappointed as it seemed like a very lovely store.
