I had excellent service from Jay and Neil today, it was maybe the most painless shoe shopping experience of my life. Jay had a great shoe suggestion, measured up my feet and brought me two sizes. I quickly confirmed the correct size, and decided to buy with the help of Jay's product knowledge. He did not push more expensive shoes to me, but helped confirm my decision. And it is a fantastic shoe at a good price.

Bought two pairs of shoes. One pair have been flawless, and fit so well, couldn't be happier. The other pair developed a fault, which is unfortunate, but the service received from both staff and Loake themselves has been outstanding. Hasn't put me off at all, and will return for another pair in future.

In contrast to some of the other reviews, I experienced the best service at this branch of Loake. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and will lace up your shoes for you. Josh and the store manager were very helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

The sales person were so arrogant, unprofessional,

Never asked customer whether they need help,
instead kept chatting, joking around like they’re taking break or even having fun?

Its my second visit, decided not to wrote anything at my first visit, thought that was unusual.

I had a great customer experience at Loake Shoemakers in Spitalfields. Rob is a great person, highly experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He explained to me different typea of shoes and the maintenance process for each.

Would recommend to anyone.

Was looking for some Chelsea boots had been to Grenson and Cheaney but didn't have what I was looking for. Popped into Loake as still wanted a British made boot. Was greeted by a fantastic man called Kevin we had a good old chat and was impressed by his knowledge and left with some Chelsea boots plus Blue Light Discount on top. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a visit.

Served by two incredibly rude and unhelpful staff who gave off very strong whiffs of ‘you cannot afford these shoes’. Decided not to buy and have decided not to return. @ 4pm on Saturday 4 February (for naming and shaming)
