Paces & Laces Children's Shoe Shop

Have been buying our childrens shoes from here for a while now. Excellent shop with a great selection of brands and styles with patient staff who ensure that you get the perfect fit for your child's feet.

Also recently had an issue with a manurmanufact defect on one shoe that had been purchased a few months prior. This was resolved within moments of walking into the shop.

We've been to Paces & Laces today for school shoes. I'd made an appointment and we were seen as soon as we walked into the shop despite it being very busy. Superb service. They listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect fitting shoes that are very good quality. We will be returning in future for our children's shoes.

I've purchased shows from here a few times because I prefer the shoes they stock compared to Clarks. They do thorough kids fittings and have a large selection of brands and styles to choose from. They keep a card record of your purchases to track your LO's growth and assign loyalty points. The staff are friendly and patient and are great at explaining why one type of shoe would be better than another.

Fantastic shoe shop. We always buy shoes here for our children. One of our children has autism and Hypermobility and Paces and Laces is a fantastic shoe shop which can cater for this needs in a shoe and also looks after him and makes him feel welcome.
We always leave with a fantastic pair of shoes perfect for my son which fulfil his needs. I've even purchased shoes myself and I love them!
The covid situation of course makes shoe shopping rather difficult - but I can't fault Paces and Laces. We went just after they reopened as my son has grown loads since his last visit in February. The school shoe visit today was much easier as my son is more used to the new world in which we find ourselves. The staff are so gentle with him and are kind and supportive. They are calm and are brilliant at keeping at autistic child happy and relaxed. The new fitting rooms upstairs are lovely and bright. My son really liked them today.
As always a lovely visit. Thank you Paces and Laces for always looking after us. See you in a few weeks with my other children for their school shoes!

Staff are great with the kids and super helpful. Great range of quality footwear. Loyalty scheme soon adds up as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our kids shoes.

Been taking my 2 children in to the shop since it opened , always friendly service, great fitting and choice .
