Called in today and after a horrible experience in another store on the retail park I was greeted by a lovely young lady. My son has a few minor issues and is very hard to please and this young lady sorted it out for us and went above and beyond. He is now happy with his shoes. Thankyou to the young lady who served us you are amazing xx

Just exchanged sandals needed size 4 but not in stock at Crewe two very helpful young assistants sourced them at Winsford and reserved them for me to collect. Great customer service 👍

Great choice of options to be found. Always friendly staff to help if you need them. I have been buying my shoes from shoe zone for many years now and they have always been good quality .

I have put the date and time in the hope that the young lady who served me gets the credit for her outstanding customer service.my size was not on display,she went and checked presumably in stock
room,but none there.offered to order them,which I did.just a very happy experience all round.

Great prices, great staff, plenty of parking.
