Thank you so much to the staff friendly and welcoming. Very careful measuring for my toddler, they made it fun and allowed her to fully enjoy the experience trying on shoes and boots and running to get a good feel if comfort. Very professional and fun.

Great shopping experience. Would especially like to mention Sophie who served us. Excellent customer service and she certainly made us feel valued as customers. Helpful and attentive. Thank you so much

Went to Clarks for the school shoe shop and we were served by Adam who was brilliant! He took his time, interacted with my son! Even though it was very busy - we didn’t feel rushed! Well done Adam!! You were fab!

Very helpful staff team, even when parents like me are in a flap because school starts the next day and our kids have no shoes!

Despite being insanely busy, the person that served us was excellent with the rather tricky feet of my 2 kids. Only downside is the price, but in theory they should last.

Went to buy shoes for my 14yr old daughter. Not very helpful with her wide feet..has apparently gone down 2 sizes but her feet are too wide for womens shoes.Given shoes that were size 7 when they measured as 51/2.Hardly any choice of shoes offered & the ones she got were like clown shoes...& then got charged £70 for them!!Think next term will be looking elsewhere(& i've shopped for shoes from when my kids first started walking & my son is now 22yrs old!!).Seems a shame that Clark's don't really listen to their customers or have a decent choice of wide-fitting shoes.

I was always brainwashed to believe that Clarks have the best shoes. Nope. My last trainers from there became discoloured after 5-6 months. Won't go there again. Standards at a new all time low.

Clarks are the best shoes. Just good quality products that last the years of abuse that I throw at them. Whilst they are probably not the most stylish hip name, if you like dry comfortable feet after being out all day in town, then Clarks never fail.
