I have been an avid fan of Jeffery West Shoes for nearly 30 years. I called into the shop last week. The quality and originality of the shoes on offer was incomparable. It is so refreshing to shop in a truly independent retailer.

The Northampton shop is great. It carries current lines that you'll find on their website, but also has a good selection of sales items at discounted rates. I went wedding shoe shopping here with my father and father-in-law and we ended up with 8 pairs of shoes, two belts and a weekend bag between us. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and were on hand to help without being pushy. Great experience, and would recommend a visit if you're into your shoes. Terrific designs, from the rock and roll shoes to the more 'traditional' styles.

I've never written a review before, but I've bought one pair of shoes from this shop and they may be my favourite ever shoes, the service was excellent and friendly, and it feels like they care about you, even going so far as to send change I hadn't picked up to my college because the lady I'd spoken to had remembered I went there. A great experience all round.

I was driving passed the Northampton store after getting my first hair cut in 4 months and popped in for some new trainers. The staff in JW were lovely and gave me a JW mask.
Not sure if I prefer the red laces or blue.

I recently purchased the MOON - 'POISON' BARBED LASER CUT GIBSON from World's Best, This was my first ever pair. Absolute top-notch customer service from the time I sent my first email to the ultra fast delivery. The shoes and service provided was some of the best service I have ever received! I am truly happy having dealt with Jeffery West and would not hesitate to purchase from them at any time.

I've been here a few times, I've purchased many pairs of Jeffery-West's over the years. Service is great, with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely people, great at what you do, always a pleasure. Oh, and great shoes. I'll be back..

Absolutely amazing experience. Firsty started with an email back and forth with Samantha who had informed me of the styles that were in the the moment along with sizes that they could hold for me for 2 days.

Once I arrived I was greeted by Sharon, amazing dress sense, definitely looked the part in Jeffery West, her service was amazing, brought out 3 sizes of the same shoe I had spoken to Sam about prior to my arrival. Sharon already knew who I was and had the 2 sizes ready for me. In the end we decided the size 10 to be the best fit. I met the designer Guy West aswell. Had some great banter with Sharon and Sam in the store aswell. I could not recommend this store much more. If you haven't been to this Head Quarters Store make sure you do.

Served with the upmost professionalism with some great humour, one liners, and Sharon even went as far as to take some photos for me, and even borrowed me her jacket/coat to try on with one of the scarfs.

All in All money well spent and so happy I popped over there today. I travelled from Birmingham so took 1hr 30mins each way but definitely worth it and will be doing so again soon.

I adore this company, everything about them. The shoes are stunning comfortable and a real conversation starter, I can’t begin to tell you the number of compliments I have received over the years when wearing them. The stores look like nothing else and always feels so decadent to enter one, like a naughty treat. The staff make you feel like your the first person to ever buy a pair of shoes, they make you feel so special. I recently bought a pair during lockdown and the effort that Sam went to was incredible . If you want to buy something that is individual and you want to be treated as an individual then this is the company for you. Sam made me feel special and that I was buying something special. I’m so happy I found you guys and could not be happier to be part of the JW gang
