Husband purchased pair of shoes at Ipswich store in September. He went into the store 22nd April as uppers coming apart from soles. Member of staff told nothing could be done as they only offer 3 months guarantee on there shoes !

Love the shop but won't purchase anything from them again. Buyers beware!

Love this shoe shop!!!
I have a very slim small foot and find it difficult to find a shoe I like that fits.
I also have to find shoes with arch support.
I have been in here lots of times since they have opened and have come out with shoes everytime.
Lovely laid out store.
So many shoes to choose from. Handy that they stock the boxes with size labelled so can help yourself to the size you require.
Staff have gone above and beyond for me and others I see in there.
Me and my children have got from there and option for waterproof coating put on when purchasing.
I believe the prices are brilliant.
Not expensive like other shops are. And the quality of the shoe really lasts even with everyday wear.
