Just bought my first pair of Cheaney semi brogues. Fabulous shoes. The service from the staff in this shop was first class. The lady who served me was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I felt like I could have spent all day there trying on different styles and lasts.

Always love visiting this place. staff are very friendly, and get straight to business on what kind of shoe / product you're looking for. The prices for their products are fairly standard when it comes to high-end craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend visiting if wanting some sort of formal or even casual shoe.

Very professional and helpful gentleman. I had been planning on buying a pair of Oxfords from Cheaney & Sons for some time. After looking online extensively, I made the decision to come in person and try them on. The gentleman at the store were extremely helpful and because I was travelling, they helped me make my order online and have it shipped to me in America. Would highly recommend.

Definitely nice service but the price does not justify the quality provided, unfortunately its an illusion price, quality and business concept. Give 3 stars for the service and for the sustainability and eco manufacturing.
You can get 70% cheaper with same or better quality in some models.

Very helpful n knowledgeable staff. The shoes I bought were very comfortable n goes well with fashion sense. Very recommendable
