Good customer service but they never have sizes in wide fittings for my children anymore which means having to order them in and then a return trip to have them fitted.

Not the biggest Clarks shop, but it's bright and spacious and the staff in here have always been very friendly and helpful.

Was blown away by the kindness shown to my mother when buying shoes at Clarks, Taunton. Mum has dementia and is in a wheelchair so it can be a bit of a faff. The man who served us went out of his way to help. Mum came away with a fabulous pair of pink suede trainers, and I came away stress free. Very happy customer. Thank you Clarks (Taunton).

Measured wrong size on my babys feet twice i said they didn't look right but the lady said they were ok
Really bad lack of knowledge and need more training for babys who have wider feet

On returning some sandals one of the staff (young lady) was not only unhelpful but quite positively rude.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Very patient with my enthusiastic 2 year old. We've always bought our children's shoes here, and will continue to do so.

Let's hope Clarks, the company, can turn itself around and survive the perilous situation it finds itself in.

We were seen straight away, no waiting at all. The guy who measured my kids feet was very helpful and we managed to choose their shoes very quickly. Quite a good selection of school and non school shoes. Very pleased with our purchase.
