The shoes here are incredible!!!! I live all the way in the states and I tell everyone about this place. Chamina and Ryan are the loveliest people I’ve met. I’m in need of more heels😊💕🤪

This is a fantastic shop. They cater for all ages .I am of later yrs . Brilliant for me too. The staff are kind and nothing is to much trouble . Go and see for yourself you will not be disappointed

Shoes broke after trying on, irregular choice. Appears to be a design flaw as shoes otherwise OK. I contacted the company but was told they cannot refund as 'irregular choice are delicate' I am extremely unhappy as they should be fit for purpose and I haven't even worn them out the house, I'd not expect bits to be falling off! And to be told I can't be refunded on a pair of shoes that should be almost £300! I have never had issue with irregular choice shoe before- Disgusting customer service.

I have not shopped with this company before.
I ordered some shoes, then a few hours later I found them cheaper. They lady I spoke to on the phone said she could have prices matched - which I didn’t realise they would do (but had brought them else where just so I didn’t miss out) but it’s good to know. And I will look at Shoe Emporium again when buying shoe.
Got the refund email with in minutes of the phone call, very efficient.

Really disappointing. Avoid.
Really disappointing. Shoes didn't fit and they didn't have them in my size. I tried to exchange for a different pair but they blocked me at every turn making it impossible. I was happy to exchange for more expensive shoes but they just wanted to make the deduction from my refund as profit with no regard for customer service. They didn't answer any of my questions and just repeated the same line over and over.
