Anton saw I was waiting to be served and asked if he could help. Daughter was measured in a different Clark's 3.5 months ago and they measured her 8.5. We decided to get a 9 from a different store as we had no joy with shoes, although she fell over badly last week. She has a texture issue and wants loose. Today she was measured an 8, Anton spent a great amount of time, bringing out shoes and we compromised with an 8.5 boot but I was a lot happier knowing they would fit ok, room but not loads. They were also in the sale.

Very unprofessional. Went in to get children measured and buy new smart shoes. Three members of staff were working, all dealing with other family's with children, on our arrival so we waited patiently for a free member, only to be by that staff member that they don't deal with children and they needed to deal with adult section of shop. We were only other customers in shop. When next member became available she then moaned and huffed about having to deal with us as she wanted to go get a coffee. Would not recommend, if you want to use Clarks I would suggest the one at Clarks village much more professional and much friendlier staff.

Brought in the littles at the last minute to see about school footwear and a very kind young man, Anton, saw to our needs rendering what could have easily been a nightmare, a fun time. Clarks shoes still a quality product and service with a smile is always welcome. We will be back for sure. You cannot beat the reassurance that a professional shoe fitting brings you.

If you are brown just stay away from this shop. This store manager Mr.RICKY is a perfect definition of RACIST.
I was there in this shop today (27/08/2022), A young man and a lady was in charge of the counter and we asked for shoe size 5G of a particular design. The young man checked the system and confirmed they have the stock and ask us to wait. When we were waiting a tatooed man asked us whether we have an appointment. I told him "no" he said you cant be here without an appointment. We were shocked and I know it is not true. So I told him your staff went inside to get a shoe, then he asked who we just said we dont know the name but a young lad. He went away to asisst other customer.
Funny part is he never ask anyone else in that shop whether they have an appointment and nowhere it says you need an appointment to get a shoe. We asked other customer whther they have an appoinment, the answer was wrong. We asked the clarks staff whether appointment is requird the answer was NO.
So question why brown people needs appointment in clarks yeovil ?
Mr.Ricky your racist mind needs to be corrected.
Clarks management you need to appoint people with right mindset or is it Clarks policy ?
