Brilliant service, beautiful shoes.

They offer a really friendly and helpful service with a great range - it's the only shop I go to for my kids' shoes.

Great customer service and attention to individual needs. They obviously know how to fit a child's shoe properly. Good range of high quality shoes, including school shoes. The shoes are at the pricier end of the market for children's shoes, but if you want something good quality and well fitted, this is the place.

I couldn't praise oddsox highly enough, I've always bought my daughter here after trying to buy her first shoes from a well known shop that clearly didn't fit her properly. They are all so good at looking at her feet and knowing exactly what type of styles in each type of shoe will be good for her. I think they are absolutely amazing and it is such a lovely shop.

always low stocks on the three or four different pairs of shoes they have. Always feels like they are doing us a favour selling ys shoes and taking our money.
They don’t even have crocs. Used to be really good on stocks.
The staff are really nice when they in a good mood but the owner is always really pretentious and the least helpful of all.
They have been there for over seven years and all it takes is for another shoe shop to open on the road with a tiny bit of stock and customer service and odd socks be NOMO.

Extremely helpful staff the sales assistant was very attentive with my son to make sure the shoe was a perfect then another member of staff double checked the fit....

Wonderful customer service. We I have been buying shoes here for years and always appreciate the careful and kind attention they pay to my children. I was extra impressed today when they very generously adjusted the Velcro on schol shoes bought there months ago, free of charge. We are so lucky to have a shop like this nearby!

Always great service here. We've been using them for 7 years. Always had an excellent fit, great with kids. When we have had a problem with a shoe (because of manufacturing not oddsox) it has been swiftly death with. Couldn't ask for more! Thoroughly recommend.
