Asked if they could repair my boots, they then proceeded to "have a look" by poking a thumb hole through the sole causing more damage and saying I should just buy a new pair.

I went elsewhere and boots were fixed no problem.

Just popped in to get a spare key cut. Very quick service, offered a second key for half price but didn't push when I said I only wanted one.

I was told my shoes were "beyond repair". I went somewhere else, they were repaired in less than 10 min.

Had 4 keys cut. None worked.

Great service but a bit pricey

Replaced buttons on my car key, only took about 10 minutes and it was really reasonably priced.
