In real case scenario it normal staff members who are rude and disrespectful but in the case of SHOE WORLD BULWELL NOTTINGHAM,it is the manager of the store.She is very rude.A customer returns an item ,you refuse to take it back and whilst the customer was still in the store,she was heard telling someone 'this is the kind of people l had to deal with
"a manager behaving like that.How would the staff behave towards customers.Very unfortunate
