Clarks

I use Clarks to get my wife's shoes, as her right ankle is swollen due to arthritis and it can be a problem buying shoes because of this. The service that we receive is outstanding, and we are always made to feel welcome.
The staff always go out of their way to make sure that my wife gets the right shoes.

It was my sons 8th year of getting his feet measured and school shoes purchased at Clarks. This usually is a very difficult and stressful task for the both of us - due to him being on the Autistic Spectrum. However, I decided for the first time to explain his diagnosis prior to starting this shopping process, to ensure the staff were aware beforehand. This was with the hope that they would show some understanding and patience and not misinterpret his anxiety for behaviural issues. Well...where do I start....I was literally given 5* Service from start to finish. All the staff were extremely friendly, in particular Ena. She spoke to him appropriately, asked for his permission before touching his feet or helping him with putting on and taking off his shoes. She was engaging with him throughout the whole process and giving him the space and time he needed, if he looked like he was going to become frustrated. She was also knowledgeable about the best type of shoes for autistic children, which would defintely be beneficial for mothers who are not always aware. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience today. This was my first stress-free shoe fitting experience to date and to be honest - I think I would have received the same level of service and support, had I not mentioned his diagnosis, because Ena seemed experienced enough to of been able to pick this up. Her confidence, professionalism, communication and customers service skills was outstanding and deserves recognition. Any parent with a child with additional needs will understand how these type of tasks, would be considered to parents of atypical children as quite simple, however for us parents to children with additional needs, it is not as easy and very exhausting. I would like to say a big Thank you to Ena and the staff at Clarks Wellingborough branch!

The staff at this store make this shop 5 stars. I trust the staff to help fit the shoes 100%, whether it's adults or childs. The staff take time and ar e friendly and caring.

Very happy! I think we see the manager, she was amazing understands the importance of first shoes. Advised about coming back in 6- 8 weeks to check foot growth. Would definitely come back!!

Sharle was extremely helpful, got all 3 kids feet measured today. Once measured Sharle came out with a selection of shoes for the kids to choose between. Great service, highly recommend.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Clarks are a small shoe shop in Wellingborough's Swansgate shopping centre. They also sell shoe polish and shoe laces.

I want to let you know that your staffs who attended us a lady call Thomasena and the cleaner i forget her name very lovely people. We went there on 20/02/2020 this two lady are very friendly and lovely people , so welcoming and helpfull i will love to shop there again .
