Arrived as online opening hours indicated open at 9:00 but store closed. No opening hours displayed on the doors/windows so won’t be visiting again.

My mum bought boots for my daughter for school as I couldn't afford to, my daughter wore them for 2 weeks before the patent coating peeled off. We took them back with a receipt and were refused a replacement or a refund, in fact the woman was rude and inconsiderate. I don't want to purchase anything from there again due to the poor customer service. Do not buy cheap patent shoes, they will peel very quickly.
